It’s challenging to account for all customs and rituals\, but failing to do so can negatively impact retention\, new client attraction\, and patient enrollment. Researching local cultures allows designers to create inclusive spaces that respect traditions\, enhancing comfort and trust. This approach fosters effective healing by honoring long-standing customs. \nThis CEU is presented by Groupe Lacasse. \n \n  \nPresenter: \nJulia Rosen \nNew Business Development Director – Healthcare Canada \nGroupe Lacasse \nJulia Rosen brings extensive expertise to Groupe Lacasse as the Healthcare Director for Canada\, with an impressive 26-year track record in the industry. She is renowned for her mastery in this field and has shared her insights through six CEU-accredited courses conducted nationwide. \nBeyond her professional endeavors\, Julia is deeply committed to community engagement.
