DESCRIPTION:Ignite\, Create\, and Share: Climate Action and Architecture \nThe Royal Architecture Institute of Canada (RAIC) 2023 Congress on Architecture is a two-day event that takes place in early October on World Architecture Day (the first Monday of October). As in 2020 and 2021\, the theme continues to be Climate Action and Architecture. \nIGNITE action and learning to improve architecture \nCREATE and strengthen connections and collaborations \nSHARE ideas\, strategies\, and leading practices \nThe Congress on Architecture is a forum for important discussions focused on climate action within the context of social justice\, equality\, and diversity in the profession. The Congress brings professionals together to ignite action\, strengthen connections\, and share ideas on a single issue of importance to the profession. \nThe RAIC acknowledges that the 2023 Congress on Architecture will gather on the unceded shared territory of the Squamish Nation and Lil’wat Nation.
