These awards demonstrate the positive human and business impact of design thinking for the people and companies who hire a professional interior designer. By measuring the benefits and outcomes of design\, IDC is showcasing the true value of design across the country and beyond. \n \nThe IDC PROpel Emerging Leaders Program is a national competition created exclusively for emerging leaders\, providing the opportunity for engagement in discussions and connections with influential representatives in the interior design community. \n2020 IDC Legacy Award for Distinguished Service Winner: Cary Pepper\, Sales Manager\, Lutron Electronics \nThe IDC Legacy Award for Distinguished Service is the most prestigious individual award presented annually by IDC to one individual.
